Attorney Emily Terriquez
Attorney Emily Terriquez was born and raised in Vancouver, Washington. “Clients who have been seriously injured or lost a family member as a result of wrongful death are overwhelmed when they come to our office,” Terriquez says. “They feel betrayed by the insurance companies they expected would care for them, or they feel rushed into signing papers that they fear will rob them of their rights.”

Terriquez notices visible relief when clients realize that the attorneys and staff at D’Amore Law Group will assume the morass of work that is “the process” of the claim. While most claims can be settled out of court, Terriquez notes that experience and depth in a law firm is essential if the claim goes to court. “Insurance companies who gain customers by professing to be their friend, their rock, can quickly turn into bullies,” Emily mused. “So it is important to choose a firm that is skillful at negotiation, and experienced in the courtroom.”
Emily is a member of the Oregon Women Lawyers (OWLs), the Multnomah Bar Association, the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice (AAJ) and is fluent in Spanish.
