D’Amore Law Group, P.C., is a Portland, Oregon based personal injury litigation firm handling serious and catastrophic injury cases in Oregon, Washington and California, and throughout the United States.  Tom D’Amore is the managing partner and is licensed to practice in California, Washington and Oregon.  The firm practices in the areas of serious personal injury, wrongful death, truck injury litigation, automobile injury litigation, medical malpractice, insurance bad faith, nursing home litigation, and construction site injury litigation.

Mr. D’Amore is an AV rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell.  Mr. D’Amore is certified as a civil trial advocate of the National Board of Trial Advocacy.  He is an active member and leader in the American Association for Justice (AAJ), serving as an Executive Committee member of AAJ’s Motor Vehicles Section, member of the President’s Club and a State Delegate for the AAJ.  Mr. D’Amore is a member of the Board of Governors of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association and Eagle member of the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association.  Mr. D’Amore was elected and is a current member of the House of Delegates of the Oregon State Bar.  Mr. D’Amore also served as the treasurer of ballot measures affecting the rights of consumers and the injured, treasurer for the election campaign of Oregon Governor, Ted Kulongoski, and treasurer for Opportunity PAC.
