Rebecca Quinn joined D’Amore Law Group in 2017 and brings nearly 30 years of legal practice and writing expertise to the firm. Rebecca worked for 13 years for a civil litigation, personal injury firm in San Francisco. Rebecca owned and operated her own practice in Tualatin for 13 years before beginning with D’Amore Law Group. She has significant experience in legal research and writing, developing trial strategies and taking depositions. She has worked with clients from their first meeting with a law firm through the resolution of their case and has successfully resolved cases through mediation, arbitration, and trial.
Rebecca was born and raised in Southern California near Edwards Air Force Base. Both of her parents worked in the aircraft industry. She relocated to Oregon with her husband, a native-Oregonian, and son in 2003, after over a decade of work in San Francisco.
After passing the California bar exam, Rebecca began working at one of the top plaintiffs’ law firms in San Francisco. She worked there for 13 years on catastrophic personal injury cases, specializing in construction accidents. She also has experience in workers’ compensation cases and passed the legal specialization examination for workers’ compensation in California. Her work in California resulted in pro-plaintiff published appellate opinions.
She graduated from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1990. She has a Bachelor of Arts in English and Business Administration, along with a minor in Spanish from Holy Names University in Oakland, California.
Outside of work, Rebecca loves to read all types of fiction and enjoys her monthly book club meetings. She likes walking her two dogs with her husband, cooking, decorating, and entertaining. She has completed the Susan G. Komen 3-Day®, a 60-mile walk to help raise money to find a cure for breast cancer. She and her husband have one son who is a senior at the University of Oregon.
